Hone into your intuition and learn to understand what it is telling you.

Through theory and practice, we will be looking at what intuition is and how to use it. Everybody has intuition; the magic is in recognising and trusting it, and these are skills that can be learned and practised. By the end of this course you will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to develop and maintain a lasting relationship with your intuition, as well as the awareness needed to listen to it.

LESSON 1
What is Intuition?
In this session, we will commit to ourselves and our relationship with our intuition, by setting intentional outcomes for the course – what do we want to receive? From there, we dive into an exploration of the theory of what intuition is and how it works.

LESSON 2
Where Does Intuition Come From?
So where does intuition come from? Is is sent to us, communicated intentionally? Or is it a neurophysiological process? Perhaps it's a bit of both? More thought about what is actually happening when you get that hunch, where it comes from, and how you become aware of it.

LESSON 3
Resetting Unconscious Filters
Everything we 'see', 'know', and 'understand' is filtered by our unconscious mind long before it reaches our awareness, and we can programme our unconscious filters to direct what is allowed through and how it arrives. In today's session, we reset and clean our unconscious filters for optimum intuition.

LESSON 4
How Can I Know It's Real?
We've all had 'gut feelings', but could they be influenced by our hopes and fears? How do we know if we're making it up? It's important to start with an optimum state, and there are tools and practices that you can use to tell the true intuition from the false.

LESSON 5
Intuition and the Body
Have you ever been so sure of something you've felt it in your very bones? Your body is a powerful receiver and transmitter of intuitive information, and you can learn to fine-tune the signals by recognising and interpreting your own personal intuitive responses in your energy field.

LESSON 6
Can I Trust It?
It's time to get really confident about trusting your own intuitive feedback, and to explore what happens when you're not sure what an intuition means and what you can do about it. We also delve into safe practices that you can adopt before you act on your intuition.

LESSON 7
Intuitive Rapport
Have you ever observed how people who have good relationships have a kind of intuitive response to each other? What if you could build that kind of response into every situation with another human being? In today's lesson, we learn what behaviours you can nurture to deepen your intuitive rapport with all those around you.

LESSON 8
Practical Tools for Intuitive Decision-Making
When you want to make a decision, sometimes you would appreciate a little guidance from your intuition. We look at three ways you can harness the power of your intuition and allow it to point you in the right direction, with an exploration of tarot, journeying or deep meditation and the pendulum as decision-making tools, and when you might use each.

LESSON 9
Intuitive Healing
All healing is self-healing, and by inviting your intuition to participate, you can understand the best practices for making and keeping yourself well, from a gut level. Learn how to scan your body and listen carefully to the response as you ask yourself what you really need to create lasting healing.

LESSON 10
Harvesting, Tending and Checking In
Let's recap on the lesson we've learned in this course. Here is your chance to reflect personally, with guidance, on what this experience has been for you, what you have gained and what you have released, and how you can take it forward in your life and continue your own intuitive practice.

GUIDED PRACTICE
Intuitive Body Scan
This is an intuitive body scan to listen in on your inner voice and see what your intuition is pointing you to. Use this therapeutic body scan to practice learning your body's intuitive reactions to external situations and internal thoughts in the moment, and over the long term to build recognition of what is intuition, what is not, and how you can know this somatically.

GUIDED PRACTICE
Drum journey
A Reiki Drum Journey mixes the gentle, protective healing energy of Reiki, the ancient power of the drum, and the application of repetitive beats to create a state of trance. It can be used as described in Lesson 8 to quest for answers intuitively.
